At First Tennessee Human Resource Agency, volunteers are the heart of our mission. Every hour you give directly supports older adults, individuals with disabilities, and others in need throughout Northeast Tennessee.
Our volunteers often tell us they gain just as much as they give. You'll meet new people, learn new skills, and bring joy to someone's day — sometimes with nothing more than a warm greeting and a hot meal.

Meals on Wheels Delivery Driver
Help bring hot meals and a human connection to homebound seniors. Routes take about an hour, Monday–Friday.
