Meal site coordinators
Our Meal Site Coordinators are the heart of daily operations at each Meals on Wheels location. They ensure that nutritious meals are safely prepared, organized, and delivered to the individuals who rely on us across Northeast Tennessee.
Coordinators manage delivery routes, support our dedicated volunteers, and serve as the main point of contact for each site. They help answer questions, respond to concerns, and make sure every client receives the care and respect they deserve.
If you're a new or current coordinator, our Meal Site Coordinator Handbook includes policies, daily procedures, safety reminders, and resources to help you manage your site with confidence. Have questions or need support? Reach out to your program supervisor or the Meals on Wheels office at 423-461-8217.
Together, we're delivering more than meals — we're delivering care, connection, and community.
